The surgeries were invented to increase the penis length and girth and also for people who have erectile dysfunction. There are two phases of the surgery.
The first phase is to increase the penis girth. It represents inserting a silicone implant between the penile skin and the corpora. With this implant men gain 1,5″ to 2,5″ in both length and girth.
